Personally, that's a mantra I've lived by since I was a kid
watching Star Trek in the 60's.  Paraphrased:  Don't copy
old ideas, innovate with new ones.  Don't compete with
exisiting systems, creat new systems that work better or do
something that needs to be done.

CONCERN:  Is it just the two of us, or is the world
leadership so short sighted and ingrained in the past that
our future is doomed to collapse under it's own weight?
