Problems - yes

Twice I have ordered via the net.  I have paid by cheque,
so I entered the details into the appropriate places on
their form.

Ten minutes later I get a call from them.  They want my
cheque details.  I tell them I entered those details on the
site, but they insist on getting the details over the
phone.  If they have to ring me anyway, I may as well order
by phone...

Okay, this isn't a big deal, but if they are going to
provide a facility to order online they should make sure
the back end processes are in place to support it.  I won't
be ordering Online from Pizza Hut again.

I've tried to use the online ordering a couple of times in
the last week.  It hasn't worked, I got a timeout both
times.

I filled in their contact form but haven't had anyone
contact me to say whether it's a general problem or just me.

Subj: Pizza Lower Hutt

I live in Stokes Valley and I know that Pizza Hut Taita
deliver to my home because they have done it on numerous
occasions. Yet my street (a major one in Stokes Valley
terms :-) ) is not listed on their site - other streets
nearby are on the list.

I'm not going to telephone them for further assistance -
this surely defeats the whole point of having an online
facility available.

Hi there
I ordered a Pizza online at Pizza Hutt as I was working
late at the office.

It took over an hour so I rang them. They couldn't find the
order anywhere, and were not too concerned. It finally
arrived after another half hour even though they couldn't
find any record of the order. It was cold and the pizza was
completely the wrong flavour.

I rang and complained so they gave me a $5 credit on my
next order, which is useless as I won't be using them
again.

I used their feedback form to write a constructive response
to their mktg team as I thought that I would have more chance
of a response from them than Customer Service (mistakenly).
A month on I still haven't heard a word.

Expected better service than this and would like to know
what the benefit of their site is??
