Create Your Own Pulsejet Engine Plans Pulsejet engine design has been considered something of a "black art" by many, and it's true that designing an efficient, highly optimized engine still requires a lot of trial-and-error along with a good dose of experience. However, this online calculator will provide the dimensions and basic design for a simple pulsejet of almost any size and power. If you want to know the theory behind these calculations then the best place to find them is in my Pulsejet Book.
Be advised that the plans created by this program are not optimized for maximum power but will run and should produce the requested amount of thrust. This program is still under development and new features will be added soon. Feel free to send me your comments.
