Voyager goes local

Used to be that accessing a New Zealand web site from a Voyager
account required the data to be shunted across to Australia
and then back again. This meant that while Voyager's access
to overseas sites was pretty good, trying to get connected to
one just down the road was sometimes torturously slow.
Well relief is at hand! Voyager now routes access to NZ sites through the NZIX in Waikato and the result is a much faster access.
